Lead a team of CMC analytical scientists in developing and validating analytical methods for Arrowhead's RNAi-based drug candidates, focusing on drug substance and drug product characterization, impurity profiling, and supporting GLP toxicology and cGMP clinical materials.
Responsibilities- Manage team performance and development
- Serve as SME in analytical techniques
- Oversee method development, validation, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory standards
- Collaborate across R&D, manufacturing, QA, and regulatory departments to meet project timelines and deliverables
- B.S., M.S., or PhD in Chemistry or related field
- 5+ years (PhD), 7+ years (M.S.), or 10+ years (B.S.) of relevant experience
- Proven expertise in pharmaceutical analytical instrumentation and drug development processes
Focus on CMC analytical development for RNAi therapeutics, regulatory documentation, GMP compliance, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.
Work setupFull-time onsite in Verona, WI.
