QE Lead

We are looking for a QE Lead to join our growing team in Madison, WI United States!

• As a ‘Team Lead - Delivery & Automation’ manage and execute multiple sprint testing delivery/ dozen team members for a Business Unit and own end to end quality for assigned features and releases, act as a quality engineering advocate and leader for a BU.
• Analyze requirements/user stories to define test scope, coverage, risks, and priorities.
• Design and execute manual test cases (functional, integration, regression, end to end, exploratory, UAT) and automate sub-set of high priority cases as part of regression.
• Perform end to end business flow validation, API test automation, and defect lifecycle management.
• Design, develop, and maintain automation tests using Selenium and C#.
• Automate UI, API, and end to end scenarios and integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines using Selenium.
• Use Azure Dev Ops for test management, traceability, and reporting.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Business, Development, and Dev Ops teams.
• Support shift left and shift right testing practices and continuous quality improvement.
• Experience with BDD concepts and Gherkin (Cucumber or similar).
• Experience using GenAI tools in automation and/or manual testing.

• Require Selenium/C#, API Test Automation, SQL, Sprint Testing experience and expertise.
• Agile, ADO.
• Good communication skills.

• A Competitive pay, the salary range for the role is $90,000 - $110,000.
