The Quality Control ensures assembly operations meet quality standards by auditing processes, mentoring employees, and supporting continuous improvement.

• Audit vehicles during and after assembly to validate quality.
• Document and report audit findings for daily tracking.
• Communicate quality issues to internal teams and suppliers.
• Mentor new employees on QA standards and procedures.
• Support investigations, corrective actions, and process audits.
• Verify engineering changes and compliance with quality standards.

• Education:
  
  HS Diploma or GED required.
• Experience:
  
  3+ years in manufacturing (or 1+ year in truck body/walk-in van manufacturing).
• Skills:
  • Ability to read blueprints, technical documents, and perform shop math.
  • Strong attention to detail, communication, and teamwork.
  • Basic computer skills; experience with quality systems preferred.
