A leading biotechnology firm is seeking a QC qPCR Supervisor to oversee the 3rd shift team. The role involves ensuring accurate testing, providing hands-on training for analysts, and driving continuous improvements in methodologies. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in a relevant field and an associate degree or practical equivalent. This is a full-time position working Wednesday through Saturday from 9 pm to 7 am, fully onsite in Madison, Wisconsin.
