What You'll Do

As a Quality Control Technician, you'll play a vital role in maintaining product excellence by:

  • Inspecting raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications.
  • Performing quality control testing and documenting inspection results accurately.
  • Identifying and communicating product quality concerns to production teams.
  • Maintaining detailed records of inspections, test results, and observations.
  • Assisting with instrument care, calibration, and quality documentation.
  • Supporting plant safety and following all OHSE and quality procedures.
  • Helping with press setup and cleanup during machine downtime.
  • Using multiple software systems to track quality data, inventory, audits, documentation, and training.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement efforts and helping the site achieve quality objectives.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Additional education in Chemistry or a related field is a plus.
  • 1–3 years of quality control experience preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to use precision measuring tools such as gauges and calipers.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a manufacturing environment.
