We’re hiring a Quality Assurance Inspector for a medical device manufacturer in the greater Madison area. If you take pride in precision and want to play a key role in ensuring products meet the highest safety standards, this is a great fit for you. As a Quality Assurance Inspector, you will perform incoming component inspections, document quality records, and partner with production teams to keep operations running smoothly.

• Pay range: $18.00 - $25.00 / hour (based on experience)

  First shift, Monday - Friday

  Madison, WI (Fully On-Site)
• Temporary-to-Hire Opportunity

• Perform incoming inspections on raw materials and components against technical drawings and acceptance criteria
• Accurately document inspection results and maintain electronic quality records using GDP standards
• Identify nonconforming materials and assist with nonconformance disposition processes
• Log, track, and summarize quality data using Microsoft Excel to support continuous improvement
• Partner with engineering, supply chain, and production teams to resolve material quality issues

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 1 to 3 years of inspection or quality experience, preferably in a medical device or manufacturing setting
• Hands-on experience using measurement tools like calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and inspection plans
• Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel and electronic Quality Management Systems (eQMS)
