We are seeking an experienced IT Quality Assurance & Engineering Manager to lead enterprise-wide quality strategy, testing practices, automation frameworks, and quality governance. This role will build and mentor a high-performing QA and Quality Engineering team while driving quality across the software development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities- Define and execute the enterprise Quality Engineering strategy, roadmap, standards, and KPIs.
- Lead and develop QA Analysts, Test Engineers, and Automation Engineers.
- Establish testing governance, quality gates, and best practices across technology teams.
- Oversee functional, integration, regression, UAT, performance, security, accessibility, and release testing.
- Drive enterprise test automation initiatives and integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
- Prior insurance industry experience, preferably P&C
- 7+ years of QA, Software Testing, or Quality Engineering experience.
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing QA or engineering teams.
- Strong expertise in Agile, Dev Ops, CI/CD, test automation, and modern software delivery practices.
- Experience establishing enterprise testing standards, governance, and automation frameworks.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
