Property Manager-Tennyson Ridge

Oakbrook Corporation is seeking an experienced Property Manager to lead operations at Tennyson Ridge Apartments in Madison, WI. This role is ideal for someone who loves supporting residents, building strong peer relationships, driving results, and ensuring high-quality community operations.

• Lead day-to-day operations for a Section 42/LIHTC community
• Supervise and develop on-site staff
• Manage budgets, financial reporting, invoice coding, and collections
• Ensure accurate, audit-ready compliance files and oversee inspections
• Drive occupancy through marketing, outreach, and resident service
• Coordinate move-ins/outs and maintain community standards
• Partner with maintenance on unit turns, work orders, and safety procedures

• Experience in residential property management (affordable housing preferred)
• Section 42/LIHTC knowledge strongly preferred
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to perform property inspections
• Experience with property management software
• Valid driver's license required
