Kader Property Management is growing, and we’re hiring a high-performing Business Development Manager to own and drive new owner acquisition.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on relationships, communicates clearly, and can run a disciplined sales process from first conversation to signed management agreement. If you’re naturally empathetic, organized, coachable, and energized by helping property owners make confident decisions, we want to meet you.
About Kader Property ManagementKader Property Management is a pure third-party residential property management company. We only manage properties for our clients, we do not manage properties we own. We also do not offer real estate sales services. Our entire focus is property management.
We’re focused on growing doors under management while delivering a high-quality owner and resident experience built on strong communication, disciplined execution, and operational follow-through.
You’ll have the opportunity to work a steady stream of warm inbound leads (organic /SEO-driven) while also building your own referral network and book of business.

- Respond quickly to all inbound leads and book calls/Zoom/in-person consultations
- Conduct discovery conversations with property owners and determine fit (many leads will not be qualified)
- Present Kader’s management offering and confidently handle objections
- Maintain clean, current notes and next steps in the CRM
- Consistently follow up with active prospects until a decision is made
- Develop your own book of business through:
- Local networking and community involvement
- Referral relationships with realtors, brokers, lenders, attorneys, and investor groups
- Professional social media activity and online presence
- Complete required onboarding forms and coordinate new owner/property setup in company software.
- Learn Kader's policies, procedures, and relevant Wisconsin landlord/tenant and property management requirements
- Set quarterly and annual sales goals and consistently achieve them
- 3+ years of professional sales experience with a track record of hitting targets
- Interest in residential property management, real estate investing, or owner services
- Strong communicator and listener; responsive and professional
- Organized and process-driven; able to manage multiple active opportunities at once
- Comfortable with accountability, follow-up, and closing
- Experience using and maintaining a CRM
- Coachable, resilient, and able to learn quickly
- Clean background; background check required
- Property management, leasing, or real estate industry experience (sales not required)
- Existing local network of realtors/investors
- Experience selling a recurring service (subscription/retainer-style revenue)
