OUR TEAM
We are a collaborative team of scientists advancing the frontiers of cell health and energy metabolism. Our strength lies in developing assays that capture the complexity of cellular function and transform it into actionable biological insight. By integrating multiparametric readouts with predictive modeling, we aim to uncover new dimensions of cellular biology that support discovery, diagnostics, and applied technologies. Our team thrives at the intersection of experimental biology and computation—working closely with experts in mass spectrometry, proteomics, transcriptomics, and structural modeling.
We foster an environment where curiosity, rigor, and collaboration drive innovation, and where every scientist is empowered to contribute ideas that shape the future of Promega’s multi‑omics platforms.
As a Senior Scientist, you will bridge experimental assay development with advanced computational approaches to create biologically meaningful and analytically robust solutions. You will design and validate cell health and energy metabolism assays, apply AI/ML‑driven predictive modeling to extract insights, and integrate findings across multi‑omics platforms. In this role, you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams—mass spectrometry experts, computational modelers, and assay developers—to ensure that our products reflect both biological depth and technological innovation.
You will contribute to near‑term assay development while building the foundation for transformative, systems‑level capabilities that advance Promega’s long‑term strategic vision. Beyond project execution, you will have the opportunity to lead initiatives, mentor colleagues, and champion novel ideas that position predictive modeling as a core driver of product innovation.
You are a scientist with advanced training (Ph.D. or M.S. with significant experience) in biochemistry, molecular biology, computational biology, or a related field, with demonstrated expertise at the interface of biology and computation. You have hands‑on experience in assay design, protein or cell‑based systems, and a strong background in predictive modeling, AI/ML applications, or systems‑level biology. Familiarity with metabolomics, proteomics, or multi‑omics integration is strongly valued.
You are driven by the challenge of making complex data biologically meaningful and have a track record of collaborative, cross‑disciplinary work. Whether you come from an academic or industry background, you bring intellectual curiosity, technical rigor, and a deep respect for both experimental and computational sciences. Above all, you are a continual learner, an analytical thinker, and a generous collaborator—excited to define how predictive modeling and advanced assay design shape Promega’s future.
