The Senior Researcher / Consultant will support Swift’s primary consulting work streams including R&D, pilots, program design and evaluation. Our work helps utilities, agencies, and organizations in navigating a rapidly evolving energy landscape. We help these partners design, test, and evaluate strategies that enable them to lead on electrification, grid flexibility + decarbonization, and customer‑centric solutions – all with the understanding that real innovation occurs at the intersection of people and technology.
