Labcorp is seeking a recent or upcoming graduate for a Research Technician position to join our Dose Formulation team in Madison, WI.

Work Schedule:

1st shift: 7:30am – 4:15pm

• Prepare lab reagents, solutions, suspensions, and capsules per study protocols.
• Record data accurately in both digital and written formats.
• Learn formulation verification, sample disposition, and safe handling procedures.
• Collaborate with scientists and technicians to ensure study integrity.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and GLP-compliant lab environment.
• Develop skills in study setup, data organization, and client communication.

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Microbiology.

• A strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
• A passion for science and a desire to contribute to life-changing research.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to work one weekend per month.

Dose Formulation – In this chemistry-focused role you will be working with pharmaceutical products in a lab, you’ll prepare vehicles, diets, solutions and capsules with test material according to study protocols and SOPs.

Pay Rate: $23/hr this is a future hire position with a future start date. The ideal candidate would be available to start in May 2027 through October
2027. Candidates who have recently completed a degree or will complete a degree within the next academic year may find this opportunity aligns well with their career goals.
