Now Hiring Full Time and Part Time Baristas
Position OverviewThe Barista is responsible for preparing coffee and espresso-based beverages while providing fast, friendly service in a high-volume environment. This role requires attention to detail, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and non-alcoholic beverages
- Provide friendly and efficient service to guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station
- Accurately take orders and handle payments
- Engage guests in a professional and welcoming manner
- Assist in other service areas as needed
High volume service experience is preferred. Ability to work multiple stations is a plus.
