Vitense Golfland is hiring Grill Cooks to join our growing team! If you thrive in a fast-paced, team‑oriented environment and take pride in preparing high‑quality food, we’d love to have you on board. This is a great opportunity to work in a fun, energetic setting while delivering delicious meals to guests on the golf range, Caddysnacks dining area, and Babes at Vitense, our new restaurant and bar!

• Set up and stock cooking stations with necessary ingredients and supplies
• Cook a variety of high-quality meals, including burgers, salads, pastas, appetizers, and more.
• Ensure consistency by following standardized recipes and portion sizes.

• Work with servers and runners to ensure timely and accurate food preparation.
• Stay alert for incoming orders from QR codes, kiosks, and servers all across the facility.
• Assist with plating and garnishing dishes before they are served.

• Keep workstations clean, organized, and stocked.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards, following health regulations.
• Wash and clean kitchen tools, equipment, utensils.

• Maintain a positive and team-oriented attitude with coworkers and guests.
• Become familiar with all menu items and new offerings.
• Continuously improve cooking skills and kitchen efficiency.

• Cooking experience in a restaurant or similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy setting.
• Attention to detail, speed, and accuracy when preparing orders.
• Ability to read and follow orders accurately.
• A team‑player mindset with a passion for great food and service.
• Ability to speak Spanish is a plus, but not a necessity.
