We're hiring a Shift Supervisor at our Commissary Kitchen to support our prep and production team, learn new skills, and have fun while earning $18-$20/hr.

You're the ringleader of the shift, keeping prep running on time and in style! You ensure production is on point and that everything meets our high standards for quality, safety, and deliciousness. You'll guide and delegate to the prep cooks, make smart staffing moves (add here, cut there), and keep every station dialed in on cleanliness and organization.
- Participate in food prep and production, including preparation of sauces, dressings, and meats, and washing and chopping fresh vegetables.
- Ensure accurate packaging and labeling of products.
- Delegate tasks and guide the kitchen crew.
- Keep everyone on task and in line with cleanliness and quality standards.
- Make staffing decisions on shift as needed (adding and cutting labor).
If you're a team player who brings effort and good vibes to the kitchen, we wanna hear from you! You also need to be able to be on your feet for long periods, be able to lift up to 50lbs pretty regularly, and be comfortable using ovens, knives, grills, pots, pans and other kitchen tools.
Past food prep, production, or catering experience in a high-volume kitchen is required. Past experience as a Supervisor preferred.
Supervisor Scheduling and AvailabilityOur Commissary Kitchen operates Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays from 6AM - 8PM and Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays from 6AM - 2PM.
We're currently seeking a Supervisor with flexible and open availability. Ideal candidates will be available for the following required shifts:
- 1-2 PM shifts per week (12PM - 8PM on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays)
- At least 2 Saturday shifts per month (6AM - 2PM)
Full-time hours are available.
