Position: Assistant Cook
This position is directly under the Lead Cook and fills in for the lead cook when necessary. It is responsible for the supervision of other staff members and takes the lead in the afternoon when the lead cook and/or manager are absent.

Qualifications- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
- License/
Certifications:
Servsafe Certified within 6 months of hire - Experience: 1-3 years short order grill and prep experience
- Verbal, written, math skills. Follow recipes, proper storage, safe food handling and knife skills. Sanitation knowledge.
