Kitchen Manager

As a Kitchen Manager, you will work closely with our Kitchen Director to run and own all aspects of the kitchen. You will be challenged and empowered to lead the kitchen throughout the day, as you learn what it take to run a highly efficient, yet fun, kitchen staff. Alongside that, you will learn how to manage inventory, work every position at our store, and be a part of growing a $9 million business through expertise and relationships.

Hourly rate starting at $17/hour.

• Must be 18 or older
• Full-time preferred (Part-time also available)
• Ability to multitask at a fast, efficient and complete pace
• Solid, reliable and team-oriented work ethic.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork.
• Service oriented, positive attitude.
• Manage all aspects of the kitchen: taste of food, food safety, speed, and food cost
• Previous leadership experience preferred

• Work quickly and efficiently, maintaining the highest quality standards.
• Keep the kitchen clean, hygienic and orderly at all times.
• Adhere properly to safety standards with kitchen equipment, ingredients and personnel.
• Strive for quality and consistency in every aspect of your work.
• Strictly follow the company's policies and procedures to produce incredible food, all the time.
• Take great pride in the presentation of our cold items (salads, wraps, side items)
• Work hard to reduce food cost and waste
