Reporting to the Store Manager & leadership team, the purpose of this role is to enhance brand experience, drive sales & motivate the team to hit goals.

Acts as leader on duty following the direction of store manager & leadership team

Welcome & assist guests on the sales floor and fitting rooms

Styles outfits & makes recommendations based on guest preferences

Assists with merchandising and creative directives

Motivate associates to hit sales goals

Maintain a clean and organized sales floor & back of house

Opening & Closing procedures

Drive sales to hit monthly sales goals

Develop & share product knowledge & brand awareness

• Must have retail leadership experience
• Must be able to travel for training opportunities & new store set up as needed
• Must have physical ability to perform tasks including lifting 30lbs, standing for extended periods of time, reaching, kneeling, climbing ladders & squatting as needed
• Must be at least 18 years of age
