Early Morning Stock Associate

Ross Stores -  - Responsibilities:
Greets all Customers by making eye contact, smiling and saying hello throughout the Store; assists Customers with merchandise and answers questions in a polite and knowledgeable manner;
Maintains a clean and organized store by performing cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, wiping counters and mirrors, and replenishing restroom supplies;
Merchandises newly received merchandise promptly to the sales floor in accordance with monthly presentation guidelines;
Follows loss prevention and merchandise protection standards and MOS policies to manage inventory and cash handling with accuracy;
Delivers prompt and efficient responses to Customer service calls and resolves issues by involving Store Leadership when needed
