The RoleThe Customer Account Representative provides superior customer service to maintain consumer relationships and meet company account management expectations while adhering to company standards, policies, and procedures. This role positively impacts customer growth and revenue through sales activities, account management, and delivering total customer satisfaction.
Ideally, a candidate for this position is friendly, has excellent communication skills, is dynamic and outgoing, has a desire to learn, is customer service oriented, and is seeking a career, not just a job.
Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full‑time position. Work days run Monday through Saturday with Sundays off, plus one additional weekday off. Schedule and weekly hours may vary throughout the year based on management and business needs.
CompensationThe position is paid hourly in accordance with Get It Now’s payroll procedures. In addition to an hourly rate, the role is paid out weekly.
$14.45 per hour – $17.00 per hour (Paid out weekly)
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service
:
Provide friendly, top‑notch customer experiences through "white glove" service with a servant's heart in our stores and in customers’ homes. Obtain new orders on the sales floor and over the phone. - Deliveries and Pickups
:
Safely load, unload, and install products, following handling and transportation procedures. Keep company vehicles clean and properly maintained. - Merchandising
:
Maintain an inviting store with organized product, ensuring showroom cleanliness and organization for both customers and coworkers.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid state driver's license and clean driving record (must operate company vehicles).
- Ability to lift and move furniture, electronics, and appliances.
- Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

The position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day. The employee must frequently lift and/or move heavy items and merchandise and must adhere to all company safety guidelines while meeting the physical demands.
