Job Description
Gift Shop Sales Associates assist customers with the selection of gifts and accessories and a number of other important and exciting responsibilities. They design store displays and help select products for the store.
The Century House offers a completely unique selection of Scandinavian and Modern gifts and accessories. Merchandise is sold at our store location in Madison, WI and through our website. Interest in Modern and/or Scandinavian accessories is a plus! Our Sales Associates are passionate about the products they work with and enjoy talking to customers about new and exciting offerings.
We are interested in candidates that have interest or experience in processing orders received through e-commerce websites. Applicants with experience working with POS systems, shipping & handling, Word Press or photography should mention their specific experience in their cover letter. Retail or sales experience may be helpful but is not required.
Requirements- Positive attitude with the desire to assist customers

- Strong communication skills
- Good computer skills
