Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive individual to support our team through store operations, client service, showroom presentation, and daily business needs.

This is a highly varied, hands‑on role that combines customer service, organization, cleaning, administrative support, errands, and event assistance. No two days are exactly alike.

While this position includes some customer interaction, a significant portion of the role focuses on behind‑the‑scenes support that helps our team deliver an exceptional luxury experience.

Daily responsibilities include cleaning, organizing, showroom upkeep, dishes, receiving shipments, running errands, administrative support, event assistance, and helping the team wherever needed.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping wherever needed and takes pride in maintaining a beautiful, organized, and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome clients with warmth and professionalism
  • Answer phones and direct calls appropriately
  • Assist customers on the sales floor as needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually elevated showroom
  • Monitor and maintain the appearance of the store's exterior, including planters, seasonal decorations, sidewalks, entry areas, outdoor furniture, and general cleanliness
  • Support daily store operations and presentation standards
  • Complete inventory checklists, administrative tasks and general office support
  • Coordinate food, beverages, supplies, and other team needs
  • Handle shipping and receiving of packages, client orders, and vendor items
  • Perform cleaning tasks, including dishes and maintaining back‑of‑house areas
  • Help with merchandising displays, seasonal décor changes, and showroom presentation
  • Assist with showroom projects, repairs, installations, display changes, decorating, basic assembly, and light maintenance using basic tools and equipment
  • Assist with inventory organization, tagging, merchandise preparation, and related operational tasks as needed
  • Water plants and help maintain the overall ambiance of the store
  • Support jewelry events, bridal expos, and special store events
  • Assist team members with operational tasks and special projects as needed
Qualifications
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Retail, hospitality, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
  • Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
  • Professional, polished, and dependable
  • Excellent attendance, punctuality, and reliability
  • Comfortable performing cleaning, organizing, and operational support tasks as a regular part of the job
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
  • Comfortable using basic hand tools and ladders and assisting with simple maintenance, decorating, assembly, and store improvement projects
  • Ability to perform light cleaning and organizational tasks throughout the day
