Responsibilities

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, serves more than 4,000 brands and retail customers across 40+ countries. In this role you will provide in‑store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers’ needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, tracking inventory to maximize sales opportunities, and supporting leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.

Qualifications
  • Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
  • 18 years or older
  • Capable of physical work – moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work location
  • 1–2 years of merchandising experience
  • Experience leading and training people
  • Can use a smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers, and teammates
  • Self‑starter with a strong bias for action and results
  • Ability to work independently and possess successful team‑building skills
  • Safety‑first mentality in a retail environment
