Our produce is delivered fresh to our stores every day to ensure guests are buying the freshest, longest‑lasting and most nutrient‑packed fruits & veggies out there. Providing excellent guest service is at the heart of what we do; whether it’s a friendly greeting, answering questions or addressing concerns, you’ll handle every interaction with professionalism and care.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Engage with Guests: Provide outstanding customer service in‑person and via phone, assisting guests in finding items, taking orders and special requests, and addressing concerns.
- Maintain Stock Levels: Ensure all items are well‑stocked and displayed according to company standards. Rotate products using the first‑in, first‑out method to ensure freshness.
- Ensure Cleanliness & Food Safety: Keep the sales floor and cooler clean, organized, and free of spills or messes. Log temperatures of produce items regularly and complete rotation sheets & shrink recording daily.
- Maintain Supplies & Produce Cooler: Keep produce supplies such as roll bags and twist ties well‑stocked. Rotate items within the cooler using the first‑in, first‑out method and order specific products such as dips, spices, and herbs as needed.
- Teamwork: Perform other duties as needed to support the team.
- Honor Commitments: Maintain regular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule and provide adequate notice for absences.

Skills:
Ability to engage with guests and provide outstanding service. - Communication: Good oral and written communication skills.
- Teamwork: Ability to work effectively with a diverse team in a fast‑paced environment.
- Safety Awareness: Understanding of safety requirements and company policies. Apply on‑the‑job safety training to recognize and react to possible hazards, using equipment such as trash compactor, baler, slicers, etc.
- Knowledge: Knowledge of the retail food business and perishable department operations.

- Lifting up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis.
- Full range of upper body motion.
- Must work at a fast pace.
- May be exposed to extreme temperatures.
- 28 hours per week or less.
- Shifts vary and may include weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
