Operations Associate - East Towne Mall

The Operations Associate's role is to create an outstanding customer experience by performing operations functions within the store. The Operations Associate role is an early morning position and you will work with a team to perform functions prior to store opening.

• Customer Service – maneuver around the store at a fast pace, providing assistance to customers.
• Execute pricing and signing – change ticket prices and sign merchandise across the store quickly and accurately.
• Replenish and restock the store – understand customer needs, assist sales floor peers and leaders by pulling and preparing merchandise to go to the floor to ensure all styles and sizes are available.
• Receive and unload merchandise – work with co‑workers to unload a truck and prepare merchandise in the backroom.
• Maintain backroom standards – keep the stockroom safe, clean, and organized.
• Support omnichannel operations – contribute to Buy Online Pickup in Store, Ship from Store, Order Delivery and Returns, Shipping Online Orders, and Merchandise Receiving initiatives.
• Implement merchandise strategy – execute leadership plans for merchandise placement, maintaining merchandising standards to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Participate in a learning environment – absorb new information from peers or training materials on merchandise, shrink, safety, productivity, and other business processes.

• Ownership – provide great customer service, cooperate and build positive, inclusive and respectful relationships, and take accountability for actions and outcomes.
• Intensity – proactively find ways to improve the customer experience, show confidence and courage to do what’s right, and take action with energy and urgency.
• Work experience – 1 to 2 years retail experience.
