Promptly greet retail/walk-in customers and assist with merchandise selection;
Provide excellent service to customers over the phone by looking up parts, quoting prices, and offering related items;
Maintain and secure cash drawer, process cash/credit transactions, and handle exchanges/returns;
Assist with stocking, planogram updates, and daily store operations (receiving, inventory, image maker, etc.);
Perform in-store services for customers (e.g., install wipers, test batteries, read codes) and occasional deliveries
