Receive merchandise, tag items, and organize the stockroom to maintain inventory accuracy;
Process and fulfill orders including curbside pickups and in-store pickups (BOPS);
Greet customers and resolve issues with a focus on delivering customer service;
Monitor and support Ready on Time status for BOPS orders;
Restock merchandise and maintain a clean, organized sales floor and back-of-house areas
