Help brides say yes to the dress – join the Bon Bon Belle team! Bon Bon Belle is a modern bridal boutique dedicated to helping every bride feel confident, beautiful, and uniquely themselves. With a curated collection of stunning gowns and personalized service, we make finding “the one” an unforgettable experience.

Bridal stylists work a part-time schedule with an expected 27 hours per week, across weekdays and weekends. This role requires full Friday, Saturday, and/or Sunday availability every week.

• Wednesday 10:30 – 19:30
• Thursday 10:30 – 19:30
• Friday 08:30 – 19:30
• Saturday 08:30 – 19:30*
• Sunday 08:30 – 17:30*

• Greet customers, answer phones, and ensure all customers and guests are taken care of.
• Host brides and guests for dress appointments, acting as a subject matter expert and guiding them to choose their perfect dress.
• Provide excellent service, wow each customer and guest.
• Create and star in Bon Bon Belle social media and Tik Tok content.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
• Train continuously on new products, terminology, and trends through monthly staff meetings.

• You’ll work in a stunning space with gorgeous dresses and chic décor.

Qualifications

• Experience in bridal or retail sales.
• Passion for making others feel confident and supported.
• Resides within 30 minutes of Burlington, WI.
• Interests in bridal styling, fashion, or design and trends on social media.
• Team player who supports teammates.
• Able to stand, move, and lift up to 50 lb frequently.
