Retail Merchandiser

Action Link seeks a Retail Merchandiser to represent leading consumer electronics brands in major retailers. In this field-based role, you will execute merchandising plans, set and maintain product displays, and ensure planogram and pricing accuracy. You'll install and troubleshoot demo units, monitor inventory, and capture detailed visit reports using mobile tools. You will also train store associates on product features and sales techniques, share field insights with Action Link leaders, and support sales-driving initiatives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned retail stores to execute merchandising plans and reset displays for consumer electronics brands
• Ensure planogram compliance, product placement, pricing, and promotional materials are accurate and up to date
• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain demo units, fixtures, and signage
• Monitor inventory levels, report issues, and coordinate with store staff to resolve gaps
• Capture detailed reports, photos, and data via mobile tools after each store visit
• Educate and train retail associates on product features, benefits, and selling points
• Communicate field insights, shopper feedback, and competitive activity to Action
• Link leaders
• Meet performance goals for visit completion, display quality, and execution timelines
