Maurer's Urban Market is looking for friendly, dependable team members to join our growing Grocery Delivery team. This position is perfect for college students, individuals looking for supplemental income, retirees, or anyone seeking a flexible schedule that can fit around school, another job, family responsibilities, or other commitments.
No Vehicle Required - All deliveries are made using company-provided vehicles. You do not need to use your personal vehicle or carry additional insurance to perform this role.Flexible Scheduling

- Opportunities to pick up additional hours through stocking and store support
Delivery Responsibilities
- Deliver grocery orders safely and accurately to customers using company vehicles
- Provide outstanding customer service during every delivery
- Verify order accuracy and ensure products arrive in excellent condition
- Follow safe driving practices and company policies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicles
- When deliveries are light, you'll stay productive by helping throughout the store:
- Stock shelves, coolers, and displays
- Replenish products and organize inventory
- Assist with merchandising and promotional displays
- Help customers locate products
- Support various departments as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized shopping environment
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Reliable, punctual, and customer-focused
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Previous delivery, retail, or grocery experience is helpful but not required
