Retail Stocking Team Supervisor

• Lead the merchandise progression process, including receiving deliveries, unloading, sorting cartons, processing merchandise, and moving goods to the sales floor.
• Maintain back‑of‑house cleanliness, set‑up, and organization to standard.
• Reinforce Asset Protection strategies to eliminate shortages.
• Promote safety for customers and associates by adhering to company guidelines.
• Cultivate a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration.
• Drive associate compliance with company policies and standards.
• Direct associates and manage workload.
• Accountability for team productivity results and merchandise protection.
• Coaching associates in the moment and providing recognition.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings.
• Drive community relations participation through company programs and partnerships.
• Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence.

• At least one year of supervisory experience within an off‑price, big‑box, or specialty environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full‑time schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Ability to lift store merchandise weighing 40 lbs. or more, and stand and walk for extended periods of time.
