CoreResponsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle: outreach → demo → close
- Proactively generate demos through strategic outbound efforts (digital + relationship-based)
- Consistently maintain a full demo calendar driven by your own activity
- Follow up relentlessly—no fear of “no,” and no premature acceptance of it
- Close new accounts and contribute directly to monthly and quarterly revenue goals
- Design, execute, and refine digital outreach strategies (social media, email, Linked In, referrals, events)
- Represent mya at industry trade shows, conferences, and events
- Convert conversations into opportunities through charisma, confidence, and clarity
You will own and optimize the entire mya customer journey, including:
- Track and measure conversion rates at every stage
- Identify friction points and improve systems, messaging, and processes
- Ensure customers feel confident, supported, and educated post-sale
- Partner internally to continuously improve the mya experience
- Track and measure all outreach, demos, conversions, onboarding milestones, and retention metrics
- Maintain organized CRM and reporting systems
- Use data to inform strategy, prioritize efforts, and improve results
- Be accountable for outcomes—not just activity
- Is bold, confident, and charismatic, yet disciplined and focused
- Has thick skin and sees rejection as feedback—not failure
- Is relentlessly driven to win, improve, and grow

Required Qualifications- Proven experience in sales and growth
- Strong outbound and relationship-driven sales skills
- Experience tracking metrics and managing a full customer lifecycle
- Comfort presenting, demoing, and educating live audiences and individuals
- Willingness to travel for industry events and trade shows
- High emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills
- Demos are always on the calendar—driven by your outreach
- Revenue consistently grows month over month

$55,000 Salary + Commission | Health and Dental Insurance provided!
