Core

Responsibilities
  • Own the full sales cycle: outreach → demo → close
  • Proactively generate demos through strategic outbound efforts (digital + relationship-based)
  • Consistently maintain a full demo calendar driven by your own activity
  • Follow up relentlessly—no fear of “no,” and no premature acceptance of it
  • Close new accounts and contribute directly to monthly and quarterly revenue goals
Digital Outreach Strategies
  • Design, execute, and refine digital outreach strategies (social media, email, Linked In, referrals, events)
  • Represent mya at industry trade shows, conferences, and events
  • Convert conversations into opportunities through charisma, confidence, and clarity
Customer Journey Ownership

You will own and optimize the entire mya customer journey, including:

  • Track and measure conversion rates at every stage
  • Identify friction points and improve systems, messaging, and processes
  • Ensure customers feel confident, supported, and educated post-sale
  • Partner internally to continuously improve the mya experience
Metrics, Tracking & Accountability
  • Track and measure all outreach, demos, conversions, onboarding milestones, and retention metrics
  • Maintain organized CRM and reporting systems
  • Use data to inform strategy, prioritize efforts, and improve results
  • Be accountable for outcomes—not just activity

Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales and growth
  • Strong outbound and relationship-driven sales skills
  • Experience tracking metrics and managing a full customer lifecycle
  • Comfort presenting, demoing, and educating live audiences and individuals
  • Willingness to travel for industry events and trade shows
  • High emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills

Compensation Package

$55,000 Salary + Commission | Health and Dental Insurance provided!
