They’re not slowing down: a $2M expansion kicks off in Winter 2025, growth is trending 30%+ year over year (and rising), and the Midwest region is wide open for someone ready to lead. As Regional Sales Manager, you’ll cover your assigned territory in the Midwestern U.S.—promoting top-tier CNC equipment, driving strategic sales initiatives, and strengthening key customer and distributor relationships.
This role calls for someone with deep CNC machine tool expertise, a strategic mindset, and a talent for growing accounts and closing deals.
- Cover the Midwestern U.S. territory, promoting top-tier CNC equipment and driving strategic sales initiatives.
- Strengthen key customer and distributor relationships to grow accounts and close deals.
- 5+ years in CNC machine tool sales.
- Track record of success with OEMs or distributor networks.
- Ability to balance independence with team collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree (bonus).
- Excel skills that don’t require Googling.
- Willingness to travel.
