What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with payer and Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) clients
  • Develop and execute strategic go-to-market plans aligned with the organization’s platform capabilities
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-level executives in Operations, IT, and Pharmacy Services
  • Position the company's offerings to address critical operational challenges in claims administration and member engagement
  • Maintain a disciplined sales pipeline, forecast accurately, and exceed growth targets
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience selling enterprise technology or SaaS solutions into payers or PBMs
  • Proven track record of new‑logo acquisition and achieving annual sales targets of $5M or more
  • Established relationships and a credible book of business within healthcare administration or analytics
  • Deep understanding of payer operations, PBM workflows, and value‑based care drivers
  • Exceptional negotiation, storytelling, and executive communication skills
