Make a difference in your community and LOVE what you do! Impact Life has an excellent opportunity for a dynamic individual to join our organization as an Account Manager. This position will service the Madison, WI area and will allow you to showcase your marketing, sales, territory, and networking skills. As an Account Manager you will educate and work with community sponsor groups to host blood drives throughout our service territory and network with potential blood drive hosts such as local businesses, community groups, and high schools.

• Educate and work with community sponsor groups to host blood drives throughout our service territory.
• Network with potential blood drive hosts such as local businesses, community groups, and high schools.
• Spend most days in the field with blood drive partners and report to the assigned office; may spend 1–2 days per week at home or in the Impact Life office.

• Bachelor s degree in marketing, business or communications preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Sales experience including cold calls and business development required.
• Previous experience in donor or volunteer recruitment preferred.
• Ability to travel within the Blood Center territory; must possess a valid driver s license and be insurable by Impact Life.
