Agricultural Equipment Sales

Job Requirements

• 1-2 years equipment sales experience or Ag related field preferred
• Knowledge of agricultural equipment and farming or operational practices preferred
• Ability to use standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions
• Ability to clearly explain financing options to customers is vital
• Excellent customer relationship skills
• Must have a valid driver’s license with insurable record

• Sell new and used equipment, parts, and service in a professional manner.
• Build, grow, and maintain strong customer relationships and monitor those relationships throughout customer interface with all departments of Tractor Central.
• Provide superior customer service and offer smart, efficient, solutions that result in exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Conduct new equipment field demonstrations.
• Maintain current knowledge of financing options.
