- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned financial institution (FI) partners
- Educate and train FI teams on the Genius® platform and Global Payments’ software solutions
- Conduct consultative sales presentations and live product demonstrations to merchants
- Partner with FI branches to identify, qualify, and close new merchant accounts
- Utilize Atlas and Salesforce CRM platforms to manage sales pipeline and client data
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel locally up to 75% of the time
- Residency within the geographic area of the job posting
- Proven experience in relationship-driven B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or financial services
- Strong communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills
- High school diploma or GED (college degree preferred)
- Two or more years of relevant B2B sales experience in fintech or financial services
- Familiarity with banking, POS, or merchant services industries
- High sense of urgency and self-motivation with the ability to work independently in the field
