We provide inmate banking software, commissary services, pod kiosks, and communication solutions to correctional facilities. What sets us apart? • Build relationships with correctional facilities across Wisconsin & Minnesota
• Present and demonstrate Stellar’s solutions to prospective customers
• Generate new business through cold outreach, meetings, demos, and site visits
• Support customer onboarding and installations alongside our internal teams
• Track leads, opportunities, and activity inside our CRM (Pipeline)
• Assist with proposals and RFP responses
• Attend trade shows and marketing events in your territory
• Consistently work toward and achieve sales goals

• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Competitive mindset with a drive to win
• Highly organized and detail‑oriented
• Comfortable with cold outreach and in‑person meetings
• Willingness to travel (75%+ travel required)
• Ability to work flexible hours when needed
• Valid driver’s license
• Previous sales experience is helpful but not required — we’re willing to train the right person who is hungry to grow.

• 💰 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission (3–5 year contract terms)
