We are seeking a high-performance Call Center Team Lead to drive results, accountability, and daily execution for our Inside Sales appointment‑setting team.
This is a hands‑on, player‑coach position. You will actively make calls and set appointments while also leading, coaching, and elevating team performance.
This role operates in a structured, metrics‑driven environment where performance, professionalism, and consistency matter.
What You’ll Own:- Make inbound and outbound calls to convert qualified leads into scheduled appointments
- Lead by example in call volume (20–30+ calls per hour) and conversion performance
- Coach team members in real time through call reviews and feedback
- Reinforce scripts, standards, and CRM documentation accuracy
- Monitor appointment quality and ensure smooth handoffs to the sales team
- Drive daily accountability around metrics and productivity
Monday–Thursday: 2:00 PM–8:00 PM
Friday:
Optional 2:00 PM–5:00 PM
Saturday–Sunday: 10:00 AM–2:00 PM
Compensation:Competitive hourly base + individual performance bonuses + additional team‑based leadership incentives tied to productivity and appointment quality.
Ideal Candidate:- Proven inside sales or call center performance
- Experience leading, mentoring, or informally coaching others
- Comfortable in a high‑call‑volume, performance‑based environment
- Strong communication skills and natural leadership presence
- Highly organized, metric‑driven, and results‑focused
