As an Executive Design Consultant, you will:

• Meet with warm, pre-qualified clients in their homes
• Build trust and guide clients confidently to a decision
• Manage projects from consultation to installation
• Generate referrals and repeat business

This is consultative selling — not transactional retail sales.

This role is for driven, self-managed sales professionals who:

• Have a proven sales track record

Experience in in-home sales, design sales, remodeling, home improvement, luxury retail, or commission-based environments is preferred.
