What You'll Do

Generate Opportunities

* Make inbound and outbound calls to homeowners

* Engage prospects and identify potential needs

* Schedule qualified appointments for our sales team

* Build rapport and create positive customer experiences

Drive Performance

* Maintain high call activity (20-30+ calls per hour)

* Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly appointment goals

* Handle objections confidently and professionally

* Follow proven scripts and processes while maintaining natural conversations

Stay Organized

* Accurately document activity and customer information in our CRM

* Coordinate with the sales team to ensure quality appointment handoffs

* Maintain professionalism and consistency throughout the customer journey

Schedule

Monday - Thursday: 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Friday:
Optional 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM

Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Compensation
