Sub‑Zero, Wolf and Cove products are sold worldwide via our distribution network, and this Inside Sales Coordinator role is key in supporting our distribution partners. The inside sales team is a focused group that supports our customers and field sales team. A pedigree of problem solving and exceptional customer focus is key to success in this role.

Primary Responsibilities- Become an expert on products and systems to best serve the customers
- Outbound and inbound calls
- Develop weekly call strategies
- Assist field sales team with problem solving and/or order inquiries
- Serve as our partners’ primary point of contact regarding orders
- Create relationships with customers and aid them with any order related needs or issues
- Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management
- Share best practices with team members to enhance the quality and efficiency of support
- Responsible for completing special projects as assigned
- Autonomously make decisions and solve a varying degree of issues
- Associate’s degree in business or related field
- Experience and familiarity with distribution channels and supporting field sales teams
- Business‑to‑Business customer service experience
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to manage complex order scenarios
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency with ERP systems, CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- Familiarity with SAP or similar enterprise order management systems
- Knowledge of logistics, transportation or supply chain processes
- Experience documenting processes or supporting system testing initiatives
- Be part of a global Inside Sales organization supporting premium brands and international partners
- Work cross‑functionally with Sales Operations, Supply Chain and Transportation teams
- Contribute directly to distributor satisfaction and global business performance
