Strategic Territory Manager

Position Overview

Territory Service Representative specializing in flooring and tile products based in St. Louis, MO and surrounding area.

• Assemble and maintain displays as a selling tool at accounts.
• Maintain the samples within each display to ensure current product lines are displayed.
• Address customer account needs related to support and fulfillment including product delivery if necessary.
• Ensure account information is accurate in our CRM system.
• Support upcoming product launches and initiatives through sample prep and packaging in warehouse locations.

• Results‑oriented self‑starter, strong individual contributor capable of working independently and achieving results with minimal daily management.
• Strong communicator, articulating customer needs and coordinating with internal partners; outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1-2+ years in a client‑facing service support role.
• Ability to manage customer relationships effectively and deliver consistent service to internal and external customers.
• Territory travel as required, including overnight travel averaging 2–3 nights per month (expenses covered by company).
