New Home Sales Professional

Central Builders is seeking a New Home Sales Professional to join our team. We’re looking for people who realize the importance of this role and how it impacts not only the company but the experience that our customers have in their new home buying experience. • Meeting monthly/quarterly sales goals
• Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Prospecting, marketing, and promoting new business
• Follow up with prospects throughout the sales and building process
• Maintaining relationships with the realtor community
• Working and communicating effectively with customers and team members
• Understanding and communicating the loan process
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, and some holidays is required

• Willing and able to learn our systems and technologies
• Enjoys meeting new people and establishing working relationships
• A proven track record of sales and success
• Knowledge of Real Estate and new home construction preferred
• Must have a valid Real Estate License or be willing to obtain one
• Weekends are required

$50,000 - $200,000 per year
