Roofing Sales & Project Consultant

Full-Time W2 Employee
Location: Madison, WI and Surrounding Areas
Compensation: Commission-Only | Uncapped Earning Potential

Overview

We are seeking motivated, professional individuals to join our team as Roofing Sales & Project Consultants. This is a full-time opportunity offering autonomy, flexibility, and significant income potential within the residential roofing industry.

This role combines business development, client consultation, and project coordination. Ideal candidates are self-driven professionals who thrive in performance-based environments and are comfortable working both in the field and directly with homeowners.

No experience necessary.

What You’ll Do Sales & Client Development
  • Generate new business through referrals, networking, and direct outreach
  • Conduct roof inspections and storm damage assessments
  • Present project scope, pricing, and contracts to homeowners
  • Meet with insurance adjusters when necessary
  • Close contracts and manage customer expectations
Project Coordination
  • Work closely with production teams and subcontractors
  • Monitor project progress and quality
  • Manage change orders and documentation
  • Conduct final walkthroughs to ensure customer satisfaction
Pipeline & Documentation
  • Maintain accurate project records
  • Track job progress and timelines
  • Provide consistent communication to clients
What We’re Looking For
  • Sales experience preferred (roofing, construction, home improvement a plus)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable climbing ladders and inspecting roofs
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Self-motivated and performance-driven
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Basic technology proficiency (CRM systems, mobile apps, documentation tools)
