Madison Chevrolet – Madison, WI 53713. Position Type:
Full Time. Role:
Sales Advisor.

Schedule

Monday‑Saturday (5‑day work week). Monday‑Thursday: 8:00 AM‑7:00 PM (two early shifts 8:00‑5:00, two late 10:00‑7:00). Friday: 8:00‑6:00. Saturday: 8:00‑5:00. Scheduled 3 Saturdays per month with one weekday off.

Pay

Monthly base salary plus a monthly bonus based on sales performance. Earning potential exceeding $100,000 per year. Average yearly income is $90k+.

What You’ll Do
  • Guest Engagement:
    Serve as primary point of contact, build relationships, ensure a positive experience.
  • Product Knowledge:
    Maintain deep understanding of vehicle inventory, features, pricing, and specifications.
  • Consultative Selling:
    Listen to guests’ needs, offer tailored solutions, provide clear, honest information.
  • Transparency:
    Present all pricing and financing options upfront.
  • Process Management:
    Handle vehicle selection, test drives, trade‑ins, financing, paperwork while maintaining guest satisfaction.
  • Follow‑Up:
    Provide ongoing support after the sale, address questions and foster long‑term relationships.
  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with service and parts departments to ensure smooth handoff.
What We’re Looking For
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree in business or related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in automotive sales, retail sales, or customer service preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on guest satisfaction.
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Ability to work in fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
  • Goal‑driven, self‑motivated, strong desire to succeed.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
