Full Time. Role:
Sales Advisor.

Bergstrom Chevrolet of Madison. Bergstrom Automotive is redefining the car buying experience with a transparent and negotiation‑free process.
Monday‑Saturday (5‑day work week). Monday‑Thursday: 8:00 AM‑7:00 PM (two early shifts 8:00‑5:00, two late 10:00‑7:00). Friday: 8:00‑6:00. Saturday: 8:00‑5:00. Scheduled 3 Saturdays per month with one weekday off.
PayMonthly base salary plus a monthly bonus based on sales performance. Earning potential exceeding $100,000 per year. Average yearly income is $90k+.
What You’ll Do- Guest Engagement:
Serve as primary point of contact, build relationships, ensure a positive experience. - Product Knowledge:
Maintain deep understanding of vehicle inventory, features, pricing, and specifications. - Consultative Selling:
Listen to guests’ needs, offer tailored solutions, provide clear, honest information. - Transparency:
Present all pricing and financing options upfront. - Process Management:
Handle vehicle selection, test drives, trade‑ins, financing, paperwork while maintaining guest satisfaction. - Follow‑Up:
Provide ongoing support after the sale, address questions and foster long‑term relationships. - Collaboration:
Work closely with service and parts departments to ensure smooth handoff.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree in business or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in automotive sales, retail sales, or customer service preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on guest satisfaction.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Ability to work in fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
- Goal‑driven, self‑motivated, strong desire to succeed.
- Basic computer proficiency, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
