• Full‑time Retail Sales Specialist servicing Hy‑Vee, Woodman's, and Whole Foods.
• Build and maintain relationships with store management, secure and grow distribution in assigned accounts, and complete reporting tasks in our system.
• Work independently, follow direction, and communicate effectively.
• Must have reliable transportation, clean driving records, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
• Hybrid working mode – must be local to the Madison, WI market. Territory covers Madison, WI, Janesville, WI, and surrounding areas.
• Salary: $45 000 – $50 000 depending on experience.
• Full‑time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday‑Friday (no weekends).

• Represent a diverse portfolio of national and regional brands by calling on Hy‑Vee, Woodman's, and Whole Foods.
• Act as the primary liaison between store leadership and manufacturer partners to maximize shelf space, promotional execution, and distribution.
• Pitch new products, secure incremental placement, and adapt quickly to shifting business needs while consistently meeting sales objectives.
• Utilize mobile technology to take photos, report findings, and complete tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Travel to and between store locations within the designated territory.
• Maintain a safe working environment while on site.
• Adhere to attendance and dress‑code guidelines.
• Perform physical activities: frequent standing, walking, bending, squatting, lifting (up to 50 lb) throughout the workday.
• Attend client kickoff video calls and team check‑ins as required.
• Other responsibilities as assigned by manager.

• Local to the Madison, WI area.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• One year merchandising experience.
• Positive, professional attitude and appearance.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Highly motivated self‑starter who can work with minimal supervision.
• Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, email, internet).
• Cell phone, printer, and computer with internet access.
• Subject to background check.
