We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Sales Representative to generate leads and bring in new business.
No experience is required - we train the right people!

In this role, you will meet directly with homeowners, assess their home service requirements, and provide tailored recommendations that drive value and trust.

• Generate new business through inbound leads, referrals, and self-generated opportunities
• Canvass neighborhoods through door-to-door outreach

• Build trust with homeowners and close service, repair, or replacement projects

• Strong communication skills
• Customer-first mindset with the ability to build rapport quickly

• Ability to explain technical services in a clear, simple way
• Organized with strong follow-up and time management skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Experience in sales or in a customer-facing role
• Familiarity with the roofing industry
