The Account Executive, Business Team Sales role at T-Mobile is designed for ambitious, results‑driven sales professionals who are passionate about building stellar customer relationships and delivering T‑Mobile’s products and services to underserved markets.
Job Responsibilities- Generate and manage leads in assigned territories through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
- Identify customer needs, recommend wireless solutions, and negotiate and close deals.
- Develop skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management.
- Create effective sales approaches, solutions, and proposals.
- Utilize sales force automation tools, manage the sales funnel, and report on sales activities and forecasts.
- High School Diploma or GED (Required)
- One or more years of verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience in a commissioned environment (Preferred)
- Experience in B2B sales (Preferred)
- Task management and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment (Required)
- Superior customer service experience and attention to detail (Required)
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills (Required)
- Effective negotiation and closing skills, including emotional intelligence and problem solving (Required)
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Travel required
Target cash pay range: $71,700 – $129,500 inclusive of target incentives. Base pay range: $43,020 – $77,700. Pay varies by location, qualifications, and experience.
