Employee Health & Benefits Consultant - Sales

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through business account development.
• Generate revenue and meet sales quotas.
• Develop qualifying leads to drive additional sales opportunities via cold‑calling, networking, and other lead generation opportunities.
• Use a consultative sales approach.
• Conduct proposals to C‑Level Executives.

• 2‑5 years of Outside B2B (business‑to‑business) selling.
• Proven track record in asking the right questions to foster credibility quickly and aligning our offerings with the client.
• Experience in the mid‑market, companies with 100–1,000 employees.
• Corporate image coupled with a great attitude.
• Assertive yet consultative communication style.
• BA/BS Degree preferred or equivalent experience.

• Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office Suite and Sales Force (a plus).
